Not dislike, but i hope they’ll add extra towelletes too

The menu was nice. The food was above average. The restaurant staff was clueless to service requirements for customers.

We stayed at Go Hotel for a month and it was next to the mall. The bed was comfortable and they have water dispensers for complimentary water in the hallways. The staff were very friendly.

Everything was great

The location is ideal. Directly across the street from the city’s largest mall. Good breakfast.

Rooms were adequate but lacked certain amenities, like hand towels, wash clothes, Kleenex, etc.

The staff was able to give us a 1st floor room and the beds are always nice.

The staff should let us know that the 1st floor would be used for a wedding photo shoot at 0800 with doors slamming, and people yelling early in the morning. That is ridiculous that they wouldn’t let their customers know about an event going on for their locals.

The restaurant on site has always been good food. Reasonable pricing too.

Better chair in the room for the small desk would be nice. I work night shift hours and sitting on that stool is a bit hard for lang hours. I have been borrowing the chair by the elevators, but that can be a pain.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Easy access to malls and nearby restaurants.

The breakfast experience felt awkward. Very limited option and I even have to pay for extra rice. The menu itself is separate from the regular one and I had to sign a document before I could order. It felt more like I'm lining up for a food stamp instead of a hotel dining experience.

I always have a lot of respect for the staff. I see new faces and can tell the staff isn’t as fast as usual but still very courteous.

I booked my room awhile back requesting the 1st floor with a corner room if possible and like always no response get thrown on the 3rd floor with a leaking AC that isn’t that good and a shower that the shower head attachment is broke.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel.The staff were courteous and helpful.Location is also great because it is walking distance to the mall (to buy essentials).

There was a power outage (blackout) during our stay which lasted for over an hour (in the wee hours of the morning around 3am). The emergency lights did not function and our room was pitch black! Their generetor was not working also. It took over an hour to restore the energy in our room and im not sure it is the generator that was fixed or it was because power just resumed.

Just the location and having an airport shuttle. The value was also excellent.

The bathrooms smelled of pee like it hasn’t been sanitized properly. No hand towels which they expect us to use regular bath towels to dry off hands. I asked for extra towel and the girl said they can’t give us extra one. It’s just enough for the number of guests. The 2nd time we checked in for a night stay, air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Maintenance came too late, we had a commitment at that time. We came back and asked if they could fix it so instead of saying “sorry, maintenance had gone home” she said, I will send maintenance upstairs. No one came. Since it was only a night, we just stayed and not bothered to asked another room.

We were 2. We had a king bed. There was only 1 toothbrush. won’t give is additional towels. The soap dispenser was hard to use.

All of the employees are amazing especially Roldan Bacay,Joel Balisi and Reggie Taguiam. They really do their jobs well..

Location, general good standards and staff are excellent.

Nothing , on check in there was a mistake on the booking that the hotel hadn’t been updated by Booking.com on our change of dates even though the change was made weeks ago and payment was already made covering the dates. However a staff member was excellent in helping us correct it

Very conveniently located near Robinsons Galleria. Great food in the attached restaurant Patio Enrico.

Room floor was not well swept. No top sheet - only a comforter. It was too hot and heavy.

They are not giving invoice if you pay via booking.com so if you plan on reimbursing may that would be a problem because invoice issued by booking.com is not accepted with BIR

Our room had a bad smell coming from the airconditioned upon arrival for 2N 3D stay, we requested to be transferred on the 2nd day bec we can no longer tolerate the bad smell but they rejected for some reason that we booked two nights and transferring to another room is not allowed?

The location is close to the Robinson’s Mall. Spacious room and parking lot is available
